- Usage Logs — Technical information including access timestamps, browser information, and IP addresses
2. Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- Provision, operation, and improvement of the Service
- Processing of meeting transcription, minutes generation, and action item extraction
- Task synchronization with integrated project management tools
- Service-related communications (including early access notifications)
- Analysis of usage patterns and quality improvement
3. Disclosure to Third Parties
We will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the customer's consent
- When required by law
- When necessary to provide to service subcontractors within the required scope (such as audio processing partners, who are required to implement appropriate data management)

- Audio Data — Promptly deleted after transcription processing is complete. No long-term storage.
- Transcription & Minutes Data — Stored encrypted with complete tenant isolation. Customers may request data deletion at any time.
- Account Information — All related data will be deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.

The Service may use cookies for session management and service improvement. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may become unavailable.
